In Baalbek, a region often overlooked with few spaces for women, a group of women has taken a stand by establishing their own library and café.

Mahad Haidar, a key founder of "Mayleh" will share the story of this initiative, which aims to create a welcoming space for women and promote spatial justice.

This endeavor underscores the determination of Lebanese women to challenge gender disparities and patriarchal norms, using simple yet impactful means to foster solidarity and drive social change across regions.
